1. Shipping Coverage

At Lustramode, we currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. While we do not yet offer international delivery, we are actively working on expanding our shipping services to additional countries in the near future.

2. Products Covered

Our shipping policy applies to all products listed on our website. Every item is carefully packaged and handled to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Delivery Locations

Orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. We do not currently offer delivery to collection points or pickup lockers.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Handling Time

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. This timeframe includes order confirmation, quality control, and packaging.

6. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery across the United Kingdom takes approximately 7 to 12 business days. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur during peak periods such as public holidays or promotional events. The total delivery time is estimated between 8 to 15 business days.

7. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional handling or packaging charges.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment using our tracking page here.

9. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lustramode.com. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to charge for return and reshipping costs.

11. Customs and Import Taxes

Since we currently only ship within the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes do not apply. For future international orders, additional tax and duty policies will be included.

12. Delays & Issues
